Log into your 52TOYS account, locate your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
